Community Connection is a space for us each to witness and be witnessed...​
An opportunity that I feel so many of us are yearning for but often missing in our lives.
You can rock up in your pjs, a dressing gown, or even a full ball gown or 3-piece suit, all that matters is that you feel comfortable. If you want your camera off or on. If you end up not wanting to share and just wanting to be a witness. All parts of you are welcome.
We will each have the opportunity to share. You can share anything you wish whether it's something that feels deep or profound, or something from your day or week that you want to vent or get off your chest so you're not storing it inside. Anything that wants to be shared is important if it feels significant to you.
But don't panic, if you suddenly get nervous or change your mind in the moment about wanting to share there is no pressure. You won't be cajoled, convinced or forced to share if you change your mind. Your no will be honoured.
This really is a space with zero expectations or requirements
(although any hate speech about anyone will not be tolerated)

So, what actually is the Community Connection Circle?

The technicalities...

✨ Held online via zoom (camera & mic on or off it is your choice)
✨ Circles are live and no recording will be provided as this space is for being in the present moment with each other
✨ Held once every moon cycle (but with no ties to the moon it just makes more sense to me to 'measure time' in this natural way)

✨ Dates/times are subject to change
​​
✨ Completely free, because no matter where you are in life you deserve community and connection
​
✨ Spaces are limited so there is capacity for everyone to share
✨ You will be given the opportunity to share but you do not have to. If you do share you can welcome feedback or just request to be heard

✨ No set agenda for the space but can include focused topics
