To be seen, heard and held in the full expression of ourselves.

 

A space where you can come as you are, no requirements, no judgements, no expectations.

 

An opportunity that I feel so many of us are yearning for but often missing in our lives.

 

You can rock up in your pjs, a dressing gown, or even a full ball gown or 3-piece suit, all that matters is that you feel comfortable. If you want your camera off or on. If you end up not wanting to share and just wanting to be a witness. All parts of you are welcome.

 

We will each have the opportunity to share. You can share anything you wish whether it's something that feels deep or profound, or something from your day or week that you want to vent or get off your chest so you're not storing it inside. Anything that wants to be shared is important if it feels significant to you.

 

But don't panic, if you suddenly get nervous or change your mind in the moment about wanting to share there is no pressure. You won't be cajoled, convinced or forced to share if you change your mind. Your no will be honoured.

 

This really is a space with zero expectations or requirements (although any hate speech about anyone will not be tolerated)

 

It will be a privilege to share space with you 💚
