By signing up to any of This is Matilda Kelsall’s support systems, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This ensures a high standard of integrity for the space we co-create and honours the energy, time, and resources invested in your growth and expansion.

 

This is Matilda Kelsall offers various support systems via a blend of live sessions and self-paced content to support your growth and integration. 🌀 Session Format

Live sessions are delivered via Zoom.

Exclusive audio trainings and additional resources may be provided to deepen your learning and embodiment of the work.

 

📅 Payment Plans, Late Payments & Notice Period

If you are on a monthly payment plan and decide to leave the container, you are still required to complete the full payment. We do however, reserve the right to assess special circumstances on a case-by-case basis, and in some cases, offer an early release from your contract through our Compassionate Exit Clause.

In this circumstance, a 45-day written notice is required if you decide to leave before your agreed term ends.

If you choose to exit immediately, the next 45 days of payment will still be due — whether you choose to participate or not.

This is not a penalty — it’s a powerful pause.

This 45-day notice period serves as an intentional pause — a space to reflect on the reasons behind the decision to exit the container and to ensure any action taken is aligned with your long-term vision and desired outcomes.

 

💸 Late Payments

According to your agreed payment plan, any missed payments must be covered within the same 30-day period.

Payments that extend beyond 30 days overdue will incur a late payment fee of £50 per week, up to a maximum of 60 days overdue.

If a payment reaches 60 days overdue, the client will be required to pay the full remaining balance in order to continue participating in sessions and to maintain access to the container and its replays.

If after 30 days the payment has not been received, the client will be removed from the container until payment is made.

Re-entry, once cleared, may be subject to updated terms or current membership rates.

 

💸 No Refund Policy

We operate with a no refund policy across all offers and memberships.

Why? Because this work is powerful — and transformative results come through full commitment. We honour your decision to join as an empowered choice, not an impulse. This policy upholds the energetic container for everyone involved.

 

🔒 Privacy & Use of Content

Screenshots, photos of sessions, and comments made within sessions may be used in marketing and social media content unless explicitly requested not to.

 

✅ Session Recordings

All sessions — including live coaching calls, teaching modules, and bonus content — are recorded to support your learning experience.

Teaching sessions and audio trainings may be repurposed, packaged, and sold as part of future courses, programs, or educational materials.

All sessions are shared unedited, preserving the integrity and authenticity of the work.

 

💬 Use of Testimonials & Client Comments

To honour the impact of this work and inspire others, we may share anonymous testimonials or quotes submitted by clients or shared within the community.

No names or identifying details will be published unless the client gives explicit permission for their name to be shared publicly.

 

You reserve the right to request that your comments remain private.

To enforce this, we kindly ask that any privacy requests be communicated in advance, as feedback may otherwise be shared anonymously to reflect the power of this space.

 

Your trust is deeply respected. Every effort is made to hold your journey with care, integrity, and confidentiality within the bounds of your stated preferences.
