Booking Policy
All aspects of the event are an invitation and you have the autonomy to choose what you do and don’t get involved, in as long as you notify Matilda or her support team of your whereabouts.
Ensure that you have booked your own travel insurance for the event.
Elements of the event will be outdoors so please pack and prepare accordingly.
Please notify Matilda if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
You are responsible for your own health and well-being during the event and Matilda is not liable for any injuries or illness you may experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations made up until 12-weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund minus £222 deposit included within the price of the event.
Cancellations made after 12-weeks up until 6-weeks prior to the event will receive a 50% refund minus £222 deposit included in the price of the event.
Cancellations made after 6-weeks prior to the event are non-refundable.
If Matilda has to cancel the event due to circumstances outside of her control a full refund will be given minus the £222 deposit.
